We at MEDITECHNIK value our customer’s time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as APC, DPD, Fedex, DHL.

Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 3-6 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities, NI & Rural areas it might take 5-6 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

MEDITECHNIK reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Payment before DELIVERY POLICY

• For approved and institutional customer payment after delivery is applied on receiving of an official order by Meditechnik office only. Any requisitions must fully be approved by purchasing authorities for issuing official order.
• Capital goods and equipment generally are hand delivered combined with user training.
• To avail Delivery service, all items in the cart should be applicable with full payment transferred in the Meditechnik bank account.
• Postal Pin code provided for delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any correspondences and official authorised bank transfer with manual orders processing and email with telephone support methods can be used.
• Item remains property of Meditechnik Ltd unless until making the full payment
